This Easter break (Saturday 5th - Monday 21st April) we will be running an Easter trail for children with a chocolate treat upon completion! 

Our opening days during this period will be 5th, 6th, 9th, 12th, 13th, 16th, 18th, 19th, 20th & 21st of April.

- Our ever popular Junior Model Making sessions will run on the Wednesdays 9th and 16th April from 11am, and the wider museum will be open to the public as usual too (please note that the last entry time is 3.15pm). To find out more about Junior Model Making, please click here.

- On the morning of Friday 4th April we will be running a preschool session from 10.30am - 12pm with Easter-themed crafts, activities and storytelling. Tickets and more details can be found here. 

- The historic Madder Valley Railway will have trains running on it Good Friday 18th April. John Ahern's pioneering model is an important historical piece and as such, only runs for a few days a year to help preserve it for future generations. There is no additional cost and standard museum entry fees apply - the wider museum will also be open as usual from 11am with last entry 3.15pm. To read more about the MVR please click here.
