Adult scenic model making courses (full day) focusing on vegetation and foliage. 

Participants will learn how to make a variety of vegetables, flowers, plants and foliage in 1:76 scale using materials and techniques practiced at the museum. Each participant will work on their own pieces to take home, and all materials will be provided.

Tutored by Malcolm Smith, one of our long term volunteers who has a well established career as a professional doll's house modeller (predominantly furniture and carpentry) and has produced work at varying scales currently exhibited at Pendon, including the larger scale room boxes and some of the detailed gardens and landscape in the Vale scene.

Following the success of our first two courses run earlier this year, we are planning to run more in 2027 with dates and course details yet to be decided.
